The consultation fee is half of the formation fee and is credited in full when the company setup is completed.

Prepare and submit the registration

Yiita confirms the required documents and handles the agreed application work.

Complete registration with the Ministry of Economic Affairs

Receive the Unified Business Number, settle the remaining fee, and continue with tax and import/export registration where applicable.

PROCESS 02

Limited company formation process

01

Submit the company-name reservation

Prepare 2–3 proposed names, 2–10 business activities, and a copy of the responsible person’s ID.

Open a preparatory company bank account

The bank generally requests the approved name reservation and the proposed responsible person’s seal.

03

Pay in the subscribed capital

Shareholders remit capital to the preparatory account and a CPA prepares the capital verification report.

04

Complete shareholder resolutions and formation documents

Prepare the articles, director appointment and consent, shareholder consent, and CPA engagement documents as applicable.

05

Confirm the registered address

Prepare the lease, owner’s consent, and house tax statement.
