Obtain the Unified Business Number and pay the final payment (after deducting consultation fees). Proceed with steps 5.1 and 5.a after confirming the payment.
Entrust bookkeeping services, with Yiita accompanying and procuring Uniform Invoices on behalf.
File bi-monthly business tax: Report the business tax for the previous two months before the 15th day of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Prepare 2–3 proposed names, 2–10 business activities, and identification for the proposed responsible person.
Documents may include an authenticated agent authorization, authenticated legal-entity registration evidence, a foreign-investor declaration, and passport copies.
The bank may request the approved name reservation, the proposed responsible person’s seal, the original passport, and a Taiwan identification-number record.
Foreign shareholders remit investment funds from abroad; domestic shareholders remit their subscribed capital.
Prepare the investment approval, inward-remittance notice, foreign-exchange memo, and bank passbook copy as applicable.
Prepare the lease, owner’s consent, and house tax statement.
Documents may include the investment approval, articles, director and supervisor appointments, signed consents, CPA engagement, authenticated legal-entity evidence, representative appointment, passport copy, and CPA capital verification report.
